A studio that films every week.

Surmount Creatives started as an independent photo and video studio. From 2023 we filmed Sign Depot's events: videography, same-day edits, photography and a live feed.

Today we are part of the Sign Depot Group, listed as its seventh company for photo, video and marketing. We make the group's company AVPs, cover its expo builds and cut the reels its pages post, and we keep taking outside clients: corporates, schools, event stylists, sports clubs and brands from Metro Manila to Abu Dhabi.

We have filmed in Metro Manila, Angeles City in Pampanga, Liliw in Laguna, Palawan and Abu Dhabi.

How we cut

  1. Vertical first

Every story is cut 9:16 first for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, then 16:9.

  2. A hook in three seconds

Big hook text up front, key words captioned in the lower third.

  3. Graphics behind people

Motion graphics sit behind the subject, and every graphic gets a sound.

  4. Clean B-roll

Stabilised or slow motion, natural colour, smooth dissolves, no slide wipes.

  5. Music you can hear

Clearly audible music, and a slow-motion ending with the closing graphic.
